    Description

    Jaguar Mark IX 4 door saloon, Very straight, no damage , 4 owner Jaguar from over 10 years in storage.
    power boosted all disc brake with brake hold with rebuilt master cylinder and brake fluid replaced and bled, power steering, last of the stately Jaguar saloons.
    Original 3.8 litre Jaguar engine, rebuilt original automatic transmission with gear hold. Very original except one repaint in white ( not correct English white), Black original interior , leather dry and has some cracks, wood is in good condition, original tool boxes in door, all tools except bleeder tube and value adjustment tool ( see pictures). Car runs well, no smoking, needs new exhaust and tires.
    Still has a lot of factory undercoating,  No structural rust, has surface rust where paint is missing. Has surface rust where factory undercoating  missing on frame and underside, small hole in firewall by battery and by under front fender drain.
    Redone fuel system, including refinished and recoated fuel tanks and new fuel pumps. New filters.
    Rare original glass brake fluid reservoir, original bullet air cleaner with element. No known or apparent damage or body work done. Car is very solid and other than paint, original and well preserved.
    Rear window rubber and trim and other trim panel included as show in pictures. Body has paint chips but only minor surface  rust where chips are, few spots of some minor bubbling, no rust on  spats or behind spats.
    Chrome has some pitting.
