    Description

    Description
This is a great piece that was salvaged from the facade of an 1890's Philadelphia Victorian.
It is made of limestone and has been painted.
This is the molding around the front door/entryway.
There are bracketed feet at the bottom with flat pilasters on top.
Above the pilasters are corbels with fluted faces.
The top has a semi arched top lintel with deep Eastlake carved designs.
Everything is painted but it looks like a pressure washer would take all the paint off.
It measures 66 inches wide by 124.5 tall. The opening is 48.75 wide by 108 tall.
Overall it is in good condition.  There are misc. scratches and dings as it is antique. There are chips and dings but nothing is broken.
Please look at the pictures carefully.

    Terms of Sale
I accept returns only if my description is inaccurate. For example, if I pull an item from a building that I believe to be original to the house and it is later discovered to be a reproduction, or if I enter an incorrect measurement, I will allow the buyer to return the item. I describe all my items as accurately as possible with descriptions and often pictures of any damage. I try to measure within 1/8 of an inch.
    About Us
My salvage business was born of necessity in 1993 when I started restoring an old Victorian home that had seen better days. I needed doors, staircase parts, fireplace mantles and more, so I contacted the owners of a few local buildings that were scheduled for demolition. I found and purchased all of the things that I needed for my project and lots of extra treasures which I eventually resold. 17 years later this is still my full time job! I salvage whatever I can think can be reused as long as there is room in my warehouse. The warehouse is open for treasure hunting anytime by appointment. Just contact me to schedule a day and time! Thanks for visiting.  Steve and Michelle
