: 133 "  [11'  1.25"] wide x  30"  [ 2' 6"] high  x  3.75 " deep
(thicker above crest).
Dark stain, probably walnut. The actual slats that are supports on each side are pictured separately as seen in two photos. (they stand 87" tall x 10.25" wide). The one side is cracked and needs to be glued and reinforced back together if you are planning on using them again.  This grand arch once graced a fine estate during the late Victorian era. It favors a large central medallion type crest, acanthus leaf with leaf and rose carved swags that are divided by bow ties. This huge piece was a focal point of a double parlor room as it separated the opening between the rooms. Very large and very heavy. Some damage is seen with minor losses to applied trim and rose blossoms.  There is also fine white paint splatter, loss to a bow and an old age crack down the crest. The thickness on this piece is almost 4". Stunning and fabulous .  Wear is consistent with age.  Check out our other doors, mantels, windows, floor registers, surrounds and hardware!
