Fisher Price made this Magician play set based on Mel Birnkrant's design for the Color Me Cuties. Later on Fisher Price also made the Cuties, but this Avon series was the first effort. The BEST FRIENDS series included three play sets: the Magician with her Kitty/Bunny, a Boy walking his Dog, and a little Ballerina with her white Kitty. They were available through the Avon catalog. The Fisher Price Best Friends dolls were an Avon Exclusive.  The Magician doll is approx. 8 inches tall. This set has not been played with or displayed. VGC. Mel Birnkrant is the toy designer who created the Baby Face dolls by Galoob.
