    Rare circa 1900 Cast Iron Beaux Arts Neo Classical Elevator Door Grate. Produced by the Hecla Iron Works, Brooklyn, NY for the Colonial Theater in Boston Mass. Very solid and sturdy condition. There are a couple very minor, non structural breaks to some border detail. These small and inconsequential breaks are easily welded if desired and mentioned out of transparency. The finish is original and does bear light discoloration as shown in the photos. The panel(s) have a wide variety of architectural re-use possibilities! The last photo is from the Emerson College Archives showing the installed panels at the original location. There are three identical panels available and sold separately. See photos for details.
