Unused Aerospace Surplus, Some stains on cloth bag and minor rust spots on body. Include two tubes, one tube is new and one is slightly used. Good to have extra tube that can be reshaped with a heat gun for custom shapes. The tubes are a little on the tight side to me and may need to be sanded down a little.
