Oriental Art bowl, bought at auction, tree, storks birds, its pottery I think

I bought this small art bowl at an auction because I loved the design, the colors and I fall for anything
with birds. I don't know anything about it as to where it came from or its age. I think that it might be
pottery as I can see faint rings running around the sides on the outside. It does look as if it has been
glazed also. The design is wonderful as can be seen in the photos.
There is a slash on the underside but that looks like it was made when the bowl was created. It might
even be a mark made to show who made it but I'm not sure. There are a few very small cracks
going down the side.
It measures 1 1 /4 inches from bottom to top and 6 1/4 inches across at the top.
No one smokes here but we do have a dog.
