Vintage 1921 Patented Break-A-Way Style Cast Iron Basketball Rim / Hoop

Description

There are no loops or hooks for a net, the dimensions are 18" hoop diameter (inner hoop) 19.5" (outer of hoop), and 25" from back bracket to front of hoop. This makes it quite a bit larger than the hoops used today.
It was invented by Duane M. Lillibridge, as a Goal For Athletic Games.
