Spectacular welded vintage mid century iron steel spiral staircase with landing. This came from a mid century home and it was used exterior. It is a nice wide staircase. The steps need to have new inserts but I have most of the old wood ones for patterns. This would be beautiful refurbished for indoor or outdoor use. It's really heavy and strong and it could use new paint etc. it's hard to measure something like this so I have several measurements to share. It still has a chunk of cement at the base and the bolts. Again, this piece is fully welded with no screws or bolts putting it together. Fantastic find!
From the base to the top of the landing is 5'8".
From the very top rail down to the base on the outside is 128 inches.
The steps are 45 inches long. So it is a nice wide staircase.
Landing is not a perfect squared so it is 48" x 27 1/2" x 49" long.
Railings are 37 1/4 inches tall.
The entire spiral length up to the landing is approximately 170 inches winding down.
It weighs approximately 400 to 500 pounds.
