UNIQUE shape: CUNA Mutual Insurance Group, Madison Wisconsin, League Insurance Companies, plastic. Clean, no crazing. Lettering is clear and distinct. The "S" on Insurance has some wear. This cup has been stored away, and has not been washed in a dishwasher. The bottom has a rubber pad which has some blue spots.
