(B) Antique Berber Genuine Coral Necklace Original Kabyle Morocco Algeria Enamel

Description

An amazing old coral necklace from Morocco.  Beautiful nice size dark salmon genuine natural coral beads .  Very intense natural color. The center medallion is enameled and decorated with Kabyle elements using traditional enamels and coral.  160 grams .  The coral portion is about 13” long on each side and the center piece hangs 3 1-2” long .  The whole necklace is 20” long.  It is in its original tribal condition and string is showing signs of fraying - would probably be best to restring - or worn carefully.
Very scarce to find this original piece that has not been cannibalized for its good coral beads.
The largest beads are about 18mm in diameter .
